The feeling is termed as anger and the antagonism is termed as aggression born out of anger.

  1. Keep things simple, avoid getting into complex situations.
  2. Do what keeps you physically active and emotionally happy.
  3. Practice meditation.
  4. Talk to people who supplies you with positive thoughts.
  5. Take a deep breath and think before you speak.
  6. Keep some time for yourself.

Holding on to anger is like grasping a hot coal with the intent of throwing it at someone else; you are the one who gets burned.
