The worst mistake any organisation can do is hire the manager, and then go further and hire the employees too, themselves. If this is the case taking place in the organisation, then the manager plays a null role.

The CEO should make sure, when hiring the employees no one should interrupt in the process, the manger should be given all the rights to select, promote, and terminate the employees.
If no power is given to the manager, the organisation will surely fail – and the manager will be helpless in that case.
