As a leader you need to be flexible. Because dedicated and hardworking people take their leader’s word very seriously.

So don’t let anyone leave just because you gave your words for a thing. Sometimes we need to re-evaluate our decision on the basis of that person’s value, hardwork, trust, loyalty, dedication and commitment and specially their willingness to continue at the same place.

It’s not always about I gave my final words, sometimes it’s about whom we are losing to fulfill those words.
