Those who are trying to meditate..
Let me tell you a bitter truth… which you may not be aware of..
MEDITATION is not just about ‘Deep Breathing’ and most of the time – ‘Suppressing your thoughts.’
Instead, it is more about becoming aware of your thoughts (positive/negative)… observing them deeply… feeling the emotions attached to that thought and finally choosing to – Let it go.. or Stick to it!
Maybe noone ever told you this?
