Always remember – There is nothing as – Wrong or Right Decision [When you lack knowledge regarding that thing], at that time.. it is only A DECISION.

Then, later on, when you see the results of that decision, then only you can say – whether the decision was right or wrong..!

But yeah – If you are well educated, and aware about the situation and scenario, then take a wrong decision purposefully. Then that is counted as a WRONG DECISION from that very moment.
