Innovation & Entrepreneurship: Keynote Session

Letter of Appreciation

On 1st March, 2025, I was invited at Anjuman-I-Islam’s Allana Institute of Management Studies to deliver a Keynote Session on “Innovation & Entrepreneurship”.

I believe it is a moral responsibility of people like us, whom “The Most Merciful Creator” has blessed with learning from people of various backgrounds, ages, and positions to share that knowledge with others.

Such opportunities helps us to connect with the current & upcoming generations of youth who have some zeal to do beneficial things & create startups which can bring benefits to the society.

In the session, I tried sharing the harsh realities & truth, the pain points, the opportunities & growth, the reality checks, the importance of sincere mentorship on the path, and having a bigger vision in mind on this interesting/risky/fulfilling journey of Innovation & Entrepreneurship. And most importantly having strong fundamentals & value systems of fairness, justice, truth, honesty, transparency, and giving value to people at place throughout the journey.

I tried sharing various examples, one of them being the role of helping employees not only in terms of mental health sessions & councellings, but also checking the conditions of their employees houses, family issues, kids education, and other forms of support which can ease their mental stress & help them to focus on work in a more better way. And many other examples.

It fills me with happiness to see youngsters filled with energy, passion, creativity, and ideas. And especially seeing those youth who have moral values instilled in them, fills me with satisfaction that future can be more brighter & prosperous for everyone!

Grateful to Prof. Nadeem Merchant for inviting to the esteemed Institution 😊
