When you work with someone in a team, that team knows you well because of the interaction and time spent together.. now if there are multiple teams in the same place.. who don’t interact or know you that well..

Then in the near future, if the leader of your team is unavailable for a while, you are going to feel a big void of communication and lack of support from the other teams, because of the lack of interaction and time spent together..!

But the lesson one can always learn is – Practice Patience.. slowly and gradually with time.. when you will become familiar.. things will change… And great things will happen!

But until then.. you need to stay calm.. because you understand the working of life!
