The world acts funny sometimes..!

When you work on something wholeheartedly, dedicated and commit yourself to the purpose..!

And suddenly you get a news/surprise that the place which you earned with hardwork – The credit will go to someone else, just because they have a Hashtag of #seniors …!

I think that’s an indication towards discouragement for the person who worked day and night for it..!

And guess what – If you try to ask for justice, you get a reply – “Stop acting like kid, this is how things work..”

Don’t you think that’s the reason loyal, hard-working and results generating employees leave..?
