Now, you all must be thinking that Self-Love can also make us selfish or self-obsessed but that’s not true at all Self-Love is not being selfish, you cannot truly love someone until you know how to love yourself. Many a times, people will judge you and make you feel ashamed of yourself, and due to these hatred and judgements you start hating yourself and even feel ashamed of yourself, gradually this creates unhappiness in your life and sometimes you start going into depression. These small circumstances can really make you depressed and create big problems in your life. But here, if you were loving yourself you would have definitely overlooked all these and be proud of what you are, not ashamed of how someone else sees you.
